SOFTENING PLANT
Water soening is a system that removes hardness from hard water. It is achieved by Ion
Exchange Resin. Usually strong Caon resin is used for removing hardness in soening plant.
We
also assembled customized soening plant from 1 m3
/ hr to 50 m3/ hr.
We use brand new parts from different sources in the world for assembling the plants.

RO PLANT ANTISCALANT , BIOCIDES AND CARTIDGE FILTERS
To protect the membranes from scale and fouling, a precise dose of an-scalant chemicals and biocide
is necessary. To achieve this target, we have world famous brand FLOCON-260 an-scalant and PC -100
Biocide. Cartridge filters are used to protect the membranes from suspended parcals in feed water.

Flocon® Antiscalant
water additives, used as pretreatment for Reverse Osmosis systems, are highly effective in
preventing membrane scaling. Flocon 260 is an aqueous solution of a specialized polycarboxylic acid, highly
effective in controlling the deposition of inorganic scale forming salts and particulate fouling on membrane surfaces.

Akualite Resin C-107E
Akualite Resin C-107E
AKUALITE C-107E is a high capacity premium grade bead form
conventional gel polystyrene sulphonate cation exchange resin
designed for use in industrial or household water conditioning
equipment. It removes the hardnessions, e.g. calcium and
magnesium, repl
acing them with sodium ions. When the resin bed is
exhausted and hardness ions begin to break through, capacity is
restored by regeneration with common salt.
The capacity obtained depends largely on the amount of salt used in
the regeneration. AKUALITE C-
107E is also capable of removing
dissolved iron, manganese, and suspended matter by virtue of the
filtering action of the bed.
Its high bead integrity, excellent chemical and physical stability, and
very low extractibles content play a large part in its successful
employment in these areas.

stress cracking. It can easily diluted with so and hard water obtaining good dispersion and has food
grade properties.

conveyor, drip trays and floor.
